Smart cities are the trending concept all over the world, but authority always stays in stress because of energy consumption and emissions, Therefore, improve their overall resource efficiency, and foster a more sustainable environment are must for finding a solution. Some cities and communities try to implement a set of instructions and guidelines for achieving nationwide regulations, executive orders, or state-level initiatives.

GUI view tries to generate a solution for smart cities and communities by using IoT. We have found solutions that contain energy management and fault detection solutions. These solution has been built on Microsoft Azure cloud platform, which could give applications empower citizens, businesses, and government representatives to develop more robust and sustainable cities. Therefore one can save costs for the building products.
